Upon arrival at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely rooms furnished with a mini sofa and snack bar. The breakfast, though fantastic, came at an extra cost. Unfortunately, my room wasn't ready at the agreed time of 1 pm, causing a slight inconvenience when heading to my friend's room.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel was quiet and comfortable, but the room left a bit to be desired. The service was top-notch, making me feel like part of the family. The location was a real bonus, especially with a grocery store nearby and the Beverly Center within reach. However, the dining options were limited, and the price was a bit high for what was offered.

The rooms, while an okay size, lacked natural light making it challenging for my wife to do her makeup. The service was professional and responsive, becoming friendlier after the first day of my stay. The location is suitable for seniors or children, though there were extra charges that added up. The dining was elegant in its Philippe Stark design, suitable for business meetings.
